Quality ownership for complex products, without another full-time hire.

I work with product teams across hands-on QA, requirements, release quality and the friction users encounter along the way.

Your product has grown more complex. Quality needs someone looking across the whole flow.

Strategiana works with teams building web products with real workflows, business rules, roles, permissions, states and multi-step journeys.

In smaller product teams, testing often sits across Product and Engineering. As the product grows, this can leave requirements under-questioned, regression inconsistent and release risk harder to see clearly.

I step in as an experienced Product Quality partner, working fractionally with the people building the product.

Explore Fractional Support

Some product problems sit outside a traditional bug report.

A feature can work on the expected path and still fail under a different scenario. A requirement can reach development with an unresolved business rule. A technically correct flow can leave the user unsure what just happened.

My QA background gives me the testing discipline. My product work means I also look at assumptions, missing scenarios, intended behaviour and the decisions surrounding what gets built.

I use friction mapping to identify places where product behaviour creates unnecessary uncertainty, effort or misunderstanding for the user.

The expected path passed. A different path reached order confirmation at €0.

On an e-commerce platform, checkout correctly blocked a €0 price on the standard journey. During exploratory testing, I followed an alternative route and reached order confirmation at €0.

The business rule held on the expected path and failed through another one.
